Hatch a Villain

Turns an antagonist into a campaign. Every villain has an ideology, an ultimate goal, and a ledger of deeds done (the world's current state) and deeds undone (the campaign clock). Plus lieutenants, resources, warning signs, and a single lever the party can find. DM Lens hides the weakness.

Villain Settings All fields optional — leave on "Any" for surprise.

When on, the AI writes a coherent ideology, demands specific past deeds and time-pressured undone deeds, and caps the weakness to a single narrative lever. Turn off for homebrew or set-piece villains; the result will carry a homebrew note.

Hatch a Villain with AI

Hatching a villain calls a premium AI to draft ideology, deed ledger, lieutenants, and the weakness lever. It runs on Inspiration — grab a pack or subscribe to start. You can still browse the All Villains tab below for antagonists the community has saved.
