Standalone hexes laid on a person, family, lineage, place, object, or community — not bound to an artifact. The kind from a hex spell, a witch's grudge, a saint's protection, a fey gift. Each comes with the trigger, the signs, the ritual that laid it, and the lever that lifts it (if anything will). The catalog splits into blessings and curses, side by side.

When on, the AI uses 2024 condition names, scaled save DCs (12-13 minor / 14-15 moderate / 16-18 major), and concrete trigger logic. Turn off for setting-bespoke effects; the result will carry a homebrew note.
