A living actor, not a static guild. Every faction has goals, pressures squeezing it this week, relationships with other actors, named NPCs, and current moves it's making right now. The DM should be able to read it and answer "what is this faction doing this week?". DM Lens hides the True Goal and Vulnerabilities.

Adhere to faction-craft When on, the AI enforces the public/true goal split, demands specific dated pressures, and writes current moves in active voice. Turn off for homebrew or set-piece factions; the result will carry a homebrew note.
